VMware Customer Satisfaction Survey
VMware is committed to customer satisfaction. The feedback from this survey will help VMware improve their customers’ purchase experience and help VMware to help you in the future.
The survey is being conducted by Guernsey Research on behalf of VMware to ensure confidentiality. Your information will be combined with other customers and the answers will be anonymous. We would ask you to be very candid and open about how the purchase process went for you.
This survey is about the invoice that includes pricing information from your reseller and you will need to have a copy of it in front of you in order to answer the survey questions. You will also be asked to upload a copy of the reseller invoice so that we can cross-check responses. A PDF format is preferred, but scanned images work as well. Please note that this is the reseller invoice for the product purchase referenced in your email and we do not want serial numbers, activation codes, licensing keys, or order confirmation documents.
The survey should take less than 10-15 minutes. As a thank you for your time once you complete a validated survey you will have a choice of receiving your incentive or making a donation in your name to the Red Cross.
